Dr. Jim Cesca brings over 20 years of experience as a solo chiropractic physician, offering one-on-one, compassionate care to patients of all ages. He believes that every patient deserves individualized attention—without the pressure of long-term treatment plans or rushed appointments.
A Lifelong Passion for Chiropractic
Born and raised in Fairfax County, Virginia, Dr. Cesca earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Delaware. It was there that he first encountered chiropractic care and discovered a calling: to help people of all ages experience better health naturally, regardless of symptoms or conditions.
After marrying his wife, Jessica—now a labor and delivery nurse at Jefferson University Hospital—Dr. Cesca moved to Marietta, Georgia to pursue his chiropractic degree at Life University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and completed a post-graduate fellowship in Maternity and Pediatric Chiropractic through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Life Outside the Office
Dr. Cesca and his wife Jessica settled in Pennsylvania in 2002 and welcomed their daughter Julia in 2006. Outside the office, he enjoys playing acoustic music, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
